Dian Anggraeni – Founder & Chief Executive
Since founding Jakarta Homes in 2008, Dian’s excellent attention to detail and knowledge of how space planning is key for any development, ensures all developments fit in with the requirements of the buyer and demographic of the area. Dian has developed numerous high end residential properties achieving record prices.

Ivan Febriano – Managing Partner
As Managing Partner , Ivan is fully responsible of all day to day operations and financials of Jakarta Homes. He oversees and manages our high-end residential portfolio across prime central Jakarta on behalf of our private clients as well as Jakarta Homes developments. Ivan has vast experience having worked for a residential development company and handled lots of private properties in Jakarta.

Saiful Waton (Ayi) – Head of Design Interior
Ayi has numerous years of experience within Architectural and high-end Interior Design practices. His projects have varied from Developer led and private clients project in Indonesia and Internationally. Having studied Interior Architecture, he has specialized in all aspects of refurbishments with a particular interest and expertise in working with existing and listed buildings. He is inspired by contrast between contemporary and historic buildings.
